Owners Peter Yen and Chef Ty Mahler (also owners of Sushirrito) had pondered over the past several years why hasn't the US seen the emergence of any Asian-styled pizza concepts? We also asked ourselves, how can we create an entirely new pizza crust by making something creative, delicious, and never done before? After countless hours and hundreds of iterations of testing, we are delighted to share our latest culinary creation with everyone!
Our savory mochi crusts are handcrafted using a secret blend of rice flours, resulting in a perfect balance of a crispy outside with a chewy inside.
